Rachel is an adorable hand made/ hand embroidered tunic dress.
Her bodice is made from a fabulous pastel yellow Swiss dots and hankie featuring a sunshine with rainbow colored rays.
Her straps are made to snap on in the back forming a unique crisscross in the back. Her back also has a single row elastic to allow the best fit possible.
Rachel has a double skirt allowing this special piece to be completely lined.
Her top skirt is made from a gathered Swiss dot fabric and very light yellow eyelet lace trim.
Her underskirt is pastel yellow, super soft cotton with a ruffle hem to add just a little bounce. ☀️💕

Her matching bloomers are short style with ruffle waist and legs. Made from matching Swiss dots and lined with a soft cotton.

Please take a look at the size chart. Before ordering measure the kids chest for the best fit possible. 
this is a tunic dress so it will be short. The size chart includes measurements of the child not the dress. Ease is included- for example my daughter is almost 2 her chest is 19.5 inches, she is 34 inches tall- she wears the 18month with a little room to grow.
